Terms and conditions

• 1. The prize draw is open to all UK and ROI residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of L'Oréal Paris employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.
• 2. No purchase is necessary.
• 3. Entry to the draw is free. Only one entry per person. Entries will only be accepted by writing to L’Oréal Paris/w&h Competition, Skincare Marketing Department, 255 Hammersmith Road, London W6 8AZ.
• 4. To be entered into the competition you must state your full name, address and email address and/or telephone number to allow us to notify you if you win.
• 5. Incorrect, incomplete, illegal, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost, damaged or delayed entries. Entry forms will not be returned and are the property of the Promoter.
• 6. Entries must be received on or before 29 May 2009.
• 7. The prize draw will take place on 8 June 2009. The Promoter reserves the right to revise this date and extend the period for accepting entries to the prize draw.
• 8. Ten entries drawn at random will each receive one goody bag containing L’Oréal Paris products with a recommended retail price of £100. The contents will include one Age Perfect Intensive Serum 30ml, RRP £14.99; one Age Perfect Day Cream 50ml, RRP £12.99; one Age Perfect Night Cream 50ml, RRP £12.99; one Age Perfect Eye Cream 15ml, RRP £12.99; one Age Perfect Double Action Cream 30ml, RRP £14.99; one Age Perfect Cleansing Wipes pack, RRP £4.99; one Age Perfect Cleansing Milk 200ml, RRP £4.99; one Age Perfect Refreshing Toner 200ml, RRP £4.99; one Extra Volume Collagene black mascara, RRP £9.99; one Star Secrets Crystals trio eye shadow, RRP £6.99.
• 9. All winners will be notified by telephone (if number is supplied) or email by 30 June 2009.
• 10. The prizes are as stated and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes.
• 11. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• 12. The winners agree to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.
• 13. If a prize is declined or if a winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the Promoter may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.
• 14. The names of the winners will be available by sending a S.A.E. to L'Oréal Paris, 255 Hammersmith Road, London, W6 8AZ within 4 weeks of the draw date.
• 15. The Promoter reserves the rights to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
• 16. Entrants must read and accept the website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement to be eligible for entry into the prize draw.
• 17. By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions.
• 18. English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
